How to manage your payment methods?

A payment method is what you use to pay for your products and services with Nettway. For example, you could pay with a credit card, PayPal account or bank account depending on your choice.

This article will show you how to use your payment methods or change your existing payment method in your My Account. 

CREDIT CARDS

When you choose to use Visa Card, Master Card or American Express as a payment method for your products and services with Nettway, all you have to do is to select PayPal at checkout, our system will take you to the PayPal secure payment page for further actions that are totally controlled by you. From there, you can choose:

  • Pay by a credit card without logging into your PayPal account (You don't need a PayPal account to use this service). PayPal will redirect you to our site few seconds later after the payment is made.
  • Pay by a credit card by logging into your existing PayPal account. PayPal will redirect you to our site few seconds later after the payment is made.

BANK ACCOUNT

When you choose to use a bank account to transfer funds for your products and services with Nettway, you will have two option as follows:

  1. Select the payment method with PayPal at checkout, after our system take you to the PayPal secure payment page, you will then need to log in to your existing PayPal account and select a bank account to pay from there. PayPal will redirect you to our site few seconds later after the payment is made.
  2. Select a payment method with Bank Transfer, our system will then displays our account information on the next page, as well as in your invoice, this provides you a direct bank account transfer. You can transfer founds online by logging into your bank account or walk in to your nearest bank and do a transfer from there. This payment method may take up two working days for the bank to process your request.

CHANGE PAYMENT METHOD

Your payment method is displayed in your my account after your first transaction with Nettway. You can change this option at anytime by logging into your My Account and perform the following steps:

  1. Click the 'Hello, YOUR NAME' on the top right menu 
  2. Under the drop-down menu and select 'Edit Account Details'
  3. In 'Payment Method' section, select your preference and click the 'save Changes'
