- Login to your PRWS My Account.
- Go to 'Services' tab, just below the PRWS logo, then click on My Services.
- In My Products & Services page, click on a Certificate or the 'Active' button on the right of a Certificate that you would like to cancel.
- Click the red 'Request Cancellation' button.
- Your cancelled Order will be refunded within 1-5 days.
